BellSouth shareholders aren't pleased with the news that BellSouth profits last quarter fell by nearly thirty-three percent. At a shareholders meeting this morning, BellSouth is telling those investors not to worry, in part because they have DSL upgrades planned for the second half of this year. However while BellSouth insists they'll offer 12Mbps of bandwidth over a single copper line, or 24MBps over a line-bonded pair, they also say they'll only at first offer speeds between 4-6Mbps.
