I just couldn't help myself on this one. Sometimes you just gotta wonder where the hell people have been for the past 20 years. What on earth is up with this dude and the NASCAR Mullet? Yep - you see some scarrrrrry folks at the races..... :-)

HAHAHAHAHA....yeah man, this dude was too cool to pass up taking his pic. Those necks are big because you build up a lot of neck muscles turning your head from left to right as you watch the cars going around in a circle!!! :-)
