Katrina - you slut!
Things are a bit slow here at the time thanks to the fact I live in south FL and mother nature has a thing for us lately. We just finished getting slammed by hurricane Katrina and are in the process of recovering. I was fortunate in that we only suffered a power outage for about 24 hours and FPL was able to get us back online. I can't say the same for the other million + homes in south FL. Katrina is still pounding the Keys and looks like she is headed north for the pan handle. Normal posting will resume as soon as I can get my UPS batteries replaced. My APC UPS battery literally BLEW UP after getting hit by lightning. That makes 2 this year. The other battery literally fried the UPS and it was smoking when i found it. I think this UPS made it through ok. I'll know by Monday, when I can go grab a new battery. Until then...peace out and stay dry...
