FedEx Lawyers are Idiots

A while back ago I posted about a guy who got pretty creative by outfitting his apartment with nothing but furniture created out of FedEx boxes. Well, it seems that FedEx didn't like that too much and sent him some cease & desist letters going as far as citing that his website violated the DMCA and that he violated copyright law by attempting to make money from his site (which he wasn't trying to do). FedEx lawyers claimed that because the website was registered with the .com (commercial) top level domain, it was being used for business. What idiots does FedEx have working in their legal department? This stupidity combined with recent shipping disasters via FedEx have solidified that I will no longer ship via FedEx. UPS has my business from here on out. Besides, UPS is racing the TRUCK! :-)
