'Big Mac' Power Mac G5 Supercomputer hits 10.28 TFlops; 3rd most powerful in the world

The latest numbers (11/3/2003) for the Virginia Tech PowerMac G5 Cluster (Big Mac), show the cluster is now hitting 10.28 TFlops. Last week, Dr. Srinidhi Varadarajan, builder of Virginia Tech's "Big Mac" Supercomputer, conducted a presentation recently at the O'Reilly Mac OS X Conference.
